Conditions were not great despite of clear sky, low humidity and no wind that made the night very pleasant and calm. Epsilon Crucis and the four stars of Musca were easily seen. It happens that the upper atmosphere was turbulent due to the active jet stream, not strong but enough to wash and flush Jupiter details most of the time.
