Jupiter May 16th 2018 02:57 UT (6 min)

In the early evening the sky condition was turbulent and windy but improved later so I decided to try and run the observation as Jupiter crossed the meridian. I was able to get 3 “reasonable” RGB sequences from a total of 20 sequences that were processed and de-rotated. The other 17 RGB sequences are just useless so you have an idea how it was.

I processed the RGB sequence a bit different this time by not using any denoise filter during image processing but only applying Photoshop Noise Despeckle filter, one pass, after the de-rotation.
