Jupiter June 27th 2018 00:02 UT (2 min) – 00:45 UT (15 min) methane band

I had a second night with very good seeing and transparency. There was an active jet stream but it did not affect the conditions for good recordings.

I used the methane band filter again and I think the image proves that it is also possible to get relevant observations with only a C8 telescope. Different than RGB, it demands an interesting recording and processing procedure, though. Not difficult.
